What color of shirts do you have available? Always available are black, white, gray, red and blue in every style we carry (if the wholesaler makes them in that size.) We can always order an array of colors but these need to be placed as a special order and therefore require a a longer turn over time. Do you offer any refunds or exchanges? Due to the personalization of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. 
Can I request a different shirt or design color?  We can make changes to most of our existing designs such as a different shirt color or design color. Just let us know at checkout what you need.  
Can I personalize my shirt? You can personalize any shirt in our shop with a name, age, date, or phrase! Personalized items make wonderful gifts! To add personalization to your shirt, check out Add-Ons Page.
What type of shirts do you offer? How do they run? All of our shirts are boutique quality soft ring-spun cotton.  Some are 100% cotton and some are blended.  Please e-mail us if you would like specifications.   Most run true to size however the Ladies V and Crew Neck do run very fitted.  The flowy tees run big and wide and can be worn off the shoulder.  All measurements are on the style charts.  We suggest measuring a shirt you own against the style chart for a perfect fit.  
How do I wash my items? Does the glitter come off? To wash your items you may place it in the washing machine inside out in cold or warm water on delicate, tumble dry low or hang dry. Feel free to place your glitter items in the wash with other clothing, we only use the highest quality NO FLAKE glitter so you never have to worry about a speck of glitter ever coming off.
Do you offer your designs in non-glitter or Matte options? Absolutely, please let us know prior to checkout.  We can make any designs with or without glitter or a mix of both.  
I saw something on your Instagram or Facebook feed that you do not have listed on your website? As we make such a high volume of personalized items we are not able to list all of them on our website, but you can absolutely order them. The best way to do so is call the shop, we will be able to take the merchandise right off the floor and ship it that day.
